Our Food

Our meats are sourced from regional farms and come to us fresh, not frozen. We limit the proteins we use to ensure quick use and reliable freshness. From time to time we will run specials that require a unique item or product and prepare a very limited offering to guarantee we sell out, ensuring a fresh, quality taste.

The dough for our Banh Mi French baguette sandwich is made especially for Pho Ba Luu and baked fresh in our kitchen before both lunch and dinner to make sure we always serve freshly baked bread.

Our hand-rolled crispy seafood rolls feature shrimp and premium lump crabmeat and are made to order, ensuring freshness each and every time they are served. The accompanying house-made dipping sauces for our rolls, and the marinades for our meats, derive from family recipes dating back generations.

Finally, our PHO bone broth is prepared meticulously by simmering beef or chicken bones for at least 18 hours and adding ingredients and spices such as ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and more. It takes 24 hours to extract the richness and goodness from the bones, and as a bonus for our staff, we continually taste our broth to ensure proper flavors.

We also make a vegetarian pho that is made only by Jessica in small batches and has truly become a favorite among a growing list of regulars.
